Shrimp Spread
Ingredients
| 3 | pkgs. | (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened | |

| 3/4 | cup | cucumber, chopped | |

| 1 | clove | garlic, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| small amount of grated onion, (for the juice of the onion) | |||
|
|
|||
| 6 | Tablespoons | low fat mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | Tablespoons | ketchup | |
|
|
|||
| 1-1/2 | to 2 lbs. | cooked shrimp, chopped | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
